Phase 2 and Phase 4 Practice targets
For most of us, a great deal of our lives is spent almost
in a fog, and we tend to not truly see the world
around us. If that is the case, then how can we expect to
go into session and be sensitive to anything there?
So, to train you to be a better viewer, we train you to see
the things in front of you. This exercise was developed to
train you to see the things which are right before your eyes.
It may sound like a simple thing to do, but in fact, you will
see just how easy it is to look right at something and not see it.
The targets for this exercise have been selected to match
targets you would have in remote viewing sessions.
The way to perform this exercise is to look at the target
photo and simply make a written list of how many
phase 2 (Stage 2) or phase 4 (Stage 4) descriptors and then
list them in the standard CRV matrix, as you would if you
were viewing in phase 2 or 4.
When you finish, show your results to someone and tell them
that you have tried to describe everything in the picture.
Almost without fail, they will point to something that you
saw, but didn't write down. That will train you to see it
next time, and as you practice this exerecise, you will begin
to realize that you are both opening your eyes and mind to
the world around you, and also getting more information in
your remote viewing sessions.
Simply click on a target number, look at it and
describe it (on paper), in the same phase 2 or 4 format
you would use in a normal viewing session.
It is a simple exercise, but one which can add immense
power to your viewing skills. Try these targets with
this exercise. You'll be glad that you did.
